Anderson, Manager Environnnental Planning and Operations Hercules Aerospace Company Missiles, Ordnance and Space Group Bacchus Works Magna, Utah 84044-0098 Re: Request for 30 day extension to the 90 day storage rule Dear Mr. Anderson: This letter is to inform you that your request for a thirty (30) day extension to the ninety (90) days storage requirements is hereby granted. Please be advised that this extension only applies to the 26,500 pounds of cured waste rocket propellant, identified in your February 5, 1991 request. The thirty (30) day extension will expire March 15, 1991. As noted in your letter, Hercules has requested that an addendum to its Part A application be made. The Bureau is aware of Hercules' intention to amend its Part A, but has had not received a formal request. Should this extension prove to be inadequate, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken. If you have any questions concerning the extension, please contact Bill Wallner at 538-6170.
