Re: Request for 30 day extension to the 90 day storage rule
Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter is to inform you that your request for a thirty (30) day extension to the ninety
(90) days storage requirements is hereby granted. Please be advised that this extension
only applies to the 26,500 pounds of cured waste rocket propellant, identified in your
February 5, 1991 request. The thirty (30) day extension will expire March 15, 1991.
As noted in your letter, Hercules has requested that an addendum to its Part A
application be made. The Bureau is aware of Hercules' intention to amend its Part A,
but has had not received a formal request. Should this extension prove to be
inadequate, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
If you have any questions concerning the extension, please contact Bill Wallner at
538-6170.
Sincerely,
Dennis R. Downs, Executive Secretary
