RE: Nitrogen Plant, Ground Water Discharge
Notification
Dear Mr. Anderson:
Tliis letter is to acknowledge receipt of your Ground Water Discharge Notification. Tliat notification
described the expected discharge associated with the planned construction of a new nitiogen plant at the
Bacciius Works facility. From the description you provided of the discharge it would appear to be a de
minimus discharge and no discharge permit is necessary. We do ask however that you perform and
submit to us a chemical analysis of the discharge once the plant is in operation. Such an analysis should
be performed by a state certified laboratory.
