Delivered herewith is the Hercules Bacchus Works RCRA Facility
Investigation Work Plan (RFI). A separate attachment contains
responses to specific comments issued to Hercules by the Bureau of
Solid and Hazardous Waste. The attachment also lists the page
number in the RFI where the text has been changed as a result of
the State comments or additions. Revised sections in the RFI have
been italicized for ease of review. If you have any questions or
