To comply with the reporting requirements contained in 40 CFR 403.12 (p)(l),
Hercules has reviewed all discharges to the Keams Improvement District from our
Plant 3 facilities location at 6800 West 5400 South, West Valley City, Utah and find
that none ofthe discharges are hazardous waste as defined in 40 CFR part 261.
