NOTICE
The Utah Solid and Hazardous Waste Committee is proposing to enter into a Stipulation and
Consent Order with Hercules Aerospace Company, Bacchus Works to resolve a Notice of
Violation (NOV) issued December 10. 1990.
The public comment period for this Stipulation and Consent Order will begin on Friday. May
31. 1991 when the public notice is published in the Salt Lake Tribune and the Deseret News.
The comment period will end on Monday. July 1. 1991. Copies of the Consent Order and all
related documents will be available for public review throughout the comment period during
normal business hours at the following location:
