Box 16690 288 North 1460 West Salt Lake City, Utah 84116-0690 Re: Location of Groundwater Monitoring Uells (GW-73, 74, 75) Dear Mr. Verbica: Enclosed is an attachment which shows approximate locations of three (3) proposed groundwater monitoring wells GU-73, 74, and 75. These wells are located such that they will detect any contamination and also give us the geological and water level data necessary to determine the groundwater flow pattern along the Bacchus eastem property boundary. This information will be used to more effectively access the contamination at GU-60 and allow us to proceed with the appropriate action while monitoring the Bacchus eastem property boundary. Ue plan to complete the wells before the end of the calendar year. Dedicated sampling equipment is specified for each well, however, if the well(s) test negative for volatile organics, the dedicated sampling equipment will not be installed during the first phase installations due to the high cost associated with the dedicated equipment.
