Dovms, Director Bureau of Solid and Hazardous Waste Division of Environmental Health 288 North 1460 West P.O. Box 16690 Salt Lake City, Utah 84116-0690 Re: Hazardous Waste Emergency Permit UT-01-90 Dear Mr. Dovms: '•\^.iF r*' i ^v^AR 23 'Qon '..I J.J •/ P. '- --^i ^ Hai ^'Q'm \ii^i It has come to our attention that a storage location v^as inadvertantly omitted on the above mentioned Emergency Permit for storage of Ammonium Perchlorate (AP) and HMX. The current emergency permits states that building 2105 (ES-1) is the storage location for AP and HMX, vfhen it should actually read building 2105 (ES-1) and building 8256 (HS-1). Correction of the existing permit to reflect the actual storage locations would be appreciated. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to call Hs. Kathy Tomsic, of my staff, at 251-5539. Sincerely, E. Richard Anderson, Manager Environmental Planning and operations ERA/KMTomsic/alc/6883s cc: c. s. R. B. B. T. R. E. L. H. J.
