Dear Mr. Anderson:
The revised Part A Application, dated March 12, 1990, for Hercules
Aerospace Company, Bacchus Works has been reviewed and found to be
acceptable. Effective April 2, 1990, Hercules is granted interir
status for the following units:
HS-1 Bldg. 8562 for 69350 gallons;
HS-3 Bldg. 8561 for 18400 gallons;
ES-1 Bldg. 2105 for 8750 gallons
Hercules may also store the wastes specified in the Part l
Application dated March 12, 1990. These additional units and/or
wastes are subject to the interim status standards of R450-7 (Utah
Hazardous Waste Management Rules) and must be managed accordingly.
