Re: Missed Holding Times - Second Quarter 1990
Dear Mr. Verbica:
This letter is to confirm the missed holding times as per your discussion
with Mr. Shannon Storrud June 13, 1990.
Our lab (HETL) missed holding times for alkalinity testing on the
following samples:
GW-32
FB-1
GW-15
GW-68
FB-3
GW-37
GW-41
GW-57
TB-1
GW-28
GW-205
TB-3
GW-38
EB-1
GW-10
GW-29
EB-3
GW-6
GW-39
The missed holding times were due to a miscommunication between two of our
lab chemists. We discussed this with lab personnel and they assured us that
it would not happen again. Based on the fact that resampling would require
two technicians one to two weeks to complete and alkalinity values are
representative of historical values, which have not been a problem in the
past, we request that the wells not be resampled.
