As per our telephone conversation with Rachael Shilton of your staff
Hercules Incorporated is forwarding a modified page 1 of our RCRA Part A
application to add storage of hazardous waste for greater than 90 days to our
interim status. This change, requested by Ms. Shilton, is to include building
identification, building numbers, and verify process design capacity.
