Confirming our telephone conversation, certificates per-
taining to liability insurance for sudden and non-sudden
incidents remain valid. The coverage for sudden incidents,
International Insurance 540-310690-8, continues without
change in policy number with expiration date of 3/31/86.
The coverage for non-sudden incidents was renewed with a
change in policy number -- now Evanston IE 100564, effec-
tive 12/29/84 and expiring 12/29/85.
