These HWMUs were closed with waste in place and capped with a 24-inch clay bentonite layer and 6-inch rip-rap rock layer. The sites were inspected to determine compliance with the EC. In accordance with the EC, the sites are not being used for any purpose that will disturb the integrity of the 12 LTTA caps or drainage ditches. The sites appear undisturbed. The sites are devoid of vegetation. SAMPLE COLLECTION Were Environmental Samples Collected per the approved Sampling & Analysis Plan?
