FIELD OBSERVATIONS:
M-636 was visited and inspected to determine compliance with the EC. In accordance with the EC, the
property is not being used for residential or day care purposes and soil does not appear to have been
removed from the property. The site is vegetated. Gravel has been added to the upper portion of the site
to provide access to the steam line for maintenance.
