On January 18, 2024, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) received your Proposed 2024 SWMU Investigations and Updated Table 6-B from Attachment 6 of the Post-Closure Permit for the ATK Launch Systems Inc. – Promontory facility. This letter acknowledges your submission of the documents in compliance with Condition IV.C.3 of the Post-Closure Permit.
