Dear Mr. Anderson,
ATK Launch Systems Inc. Promontory facility is submitting with this letter an update to Table
6-B in Attachment 6 in the Post Closure Permit to reflect SWMU closures in 2018; these are
553,280,649,659,609,658, 615,234, 254, and 527. Changes also include a correction to
typographical errors in the descriptions for SWMUs 650, 651 and 652. This is found in Tablel.
Also included is a proposed list of Solid Waste Management Units (SWMUs) to investigate and
close for the year 2019. This is found in Table 2. These Tables meet the requirements found
in VI.A.1 and V.I.C.3 of the Permit.
