ATK Launch Systems Inc. Promontory Facility Application for Reissuance of Operating Permit
Dear Mr. Anderson:
ATK Launch Systems Inc. (ATK) is submitting an application for reissuance of the Promontory Facility's
Hazardous Waste Treatment and Storage Permit. This letter accompanies a CD with the red line/strike out
copy of the current operating permit with the proposed changes and edits.
ATK has also drafted a new Module VI for the new oxidizer leaching treatment process. Other supporting
documents for this process, (Attachment 2, Attachment 5, Attachment 6, and a new process description
document Attachment 12) will be submitted once the process construction is completed.
