On September 21-22, 2016, representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation
Control conducted a CEI at the Promontory facility. The CEI was conducted to evaluate ATK’s
compliance with its RCRA Storage and Treatment Permit and the Utah Solid and Hazardous Waste
Rules.

Based on the findings documented during the inspection, the ATK facility was found to be in
