Dear Mr. Anderson,
ATK Launch Systems, Promontory has prepared this report to summarize activities
conducted under Emergency Permit No. UT-005-2016 between April 1, 2016 and June
29, 2016. All flares tested during the permit period performed as designed; therefore, no
de-mining activities were performed on the Kosmo test range.
