Dear Mr. Gooch:
The Division of waste Management and Radiation control has completed its review of the two wasteDock swMU Investigation Reports dated September and November 2015. The swMUs that areincluded in these t"qo.t were initially identified during the RCRA Facility Assessment (RFA) andATK's recent investigation of them was conducted as iart of the RCRA p'""iiitv Investigation.
As indicated in the swMu Investigation Reports, all of the SWMUs were inspected by ATK and theDivision on August 20, September 22 and September 29,iots. Based on thelnformation presented inthe lnvestigation Reports and the inspections that were conducted at each SWMU, ATK's request for nofurther action on the g6 swMus listld in the attached table is hereby approved.
The SWMUs in the table are also currently listed in Attachment 6 of ATK,s post-closure permit.Attachment 6 will need to be modified to indicate that the listed swMUs have achieved no furtheraction status.
