An emergency hazardous waste permit (#UT-021-2015) has been issued to the ATK Launch Systems -Promontory facility. Box Elder County, Utah authorizing ATK personnel to treat military flares that fail to ignite during airborne and ground launch testing procedures.
This permit is effective on September 29, 2015 and expires on December 27, 2015.
