The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the independent
professional engineer certification that ATK submitted on April 16, 2015 for the closure of hazardous
waste storage buildings M-47 and M-603. Based on our review, the certification demonstrates that the
buildings were closed in accordance with the approved closure plan. Therefore, the Division considers
Buildings M-47 and M-603 to be certified closed.
