As Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (the “Beneficiary”), I
acknowledge receipt of Hazardous Waste Financial Assurance Surety Bond No. K09204398 issued by
Westchester Fire Insurance Company, effective June 28, 2015, in the amount of $1,176,617 to provide
financial assurance for closure and post-closure care at the ATK Launch Systems – Promontory Facility.
I also acknowledge receipt of the Standby Trust Agreement entered into on July 29, 2015 for the
Promontory Facility.
