Dear Mr. Gooch:
The Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste has completed its review of ATK's proposed groundwater
sampling list for the spring 2015 sampling event. Paul Hancock and Jeff Vandel also discussed the
proposed list of wells to be sampled. Based on this discussion, it was determined that two wells (8-6
and M-3981) were inadvertently left off of the list that was submitted. It is our understanding that ATK
plans to sample these two wells along with the other wells that are included on the list.
In accordance with Post-Closure Permit Condition ry.8.3., ATK's proposed sampling list is hereby
