Dear Mr. Anderson:
ATK submitted Closure Plans for Hazardous Waste Storage Building M-47 and M-603 in
February 2015. The Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste approved the Closure Plans in
March 2015. As required by permit condition in Module II .0.8 closure certification shall be
provided by an independent, Utah registered professional engineer. The professional engineer
certification for the closure of these two hazardous waste storage buildings is enclosed with this
submittal.

Mr. Palmer
I have completed my inspection of Building M-47 and Building M-603. in association with my
visual inspection I have interviewed employees and reviewed the Closure Plan for Hazardous
Waste Storage Buildings M-47 and M-603to determine the history of hazardous waste storage
in the above mentioned buildings.
In accordance with the Closure Plan for Hazardous Waste Storage Buildings M-47 and M-603,1
certify that Building M-47 and Building M-603 at Orbital ATK - Promontory have been swept,
cleaned, and are free of any hazardous waste.
