Dear Mr. Anderson,
ATK Launch Systems, Promontory has prepared this report to summarize activities
conducted under Emergency Permit No. UT-007-2014 between April 1, 2014 and June
29, 2014. No de-mining activities were performed on the KOSMO test range during the
duration of the permit.
