As Director of the Division of Solid andHazardous Waste (the "Beneficiary"), I acknowledge receipt of
the Hazardous Waste Financial Assurance cost estimate on May 21,2014, for closure and post-closure
care, that consists of a total of $1,206,037 for the ATK- Promontory Facility.
Accordingly, please increase and the Promontory financial assurance to meet the current cost estimates and
provide evidence of the increase prior to expiration on June 28,2014.
