ATK Launch Systems, Promontory has prepared this report to summarize activities
conducted under Emergency Permit No. UT-04-2013 between April 1, 2013 and June 29,
2013. All de-mining activities authorized by this permit were performed on the KOSMO
test range. De-mining activities successfully treated the flares as verified through visual
inspection, and the remaining residue/debris was properly disposed in the ATK
Promontory Landfill. Activities conducted under this permit are outlined below:
