Dear Mr. Anderson,
In accordance'with the requirements of Emergency Permit No. UT-024-2011, ATK
Launch Systems, Promontory has prepared this report to summarize activities conducted
under this permit between July 1, 2011 and September 28, 2011. All de-mining activities
authorized by this permit were performed on the KOSMO test range. De-mining
activities successfully treated the flares as verified through visual inspection, and the
remaining residue/debris was properly disposed in the ATK Promontory Landfill.
Activities conducted under this permit are outlined below:
