Dear Mr. Anderson
ATK has been discussing with Jeff Vandel the need for an extension to submit the Promontory
Semi-annual Groundwater Monitoring Report. The additional time is required to allow our
contractor, Earthfax, to produce the potentiometric surface maps and contaminant concentration
maps. Earthfax is currently involved in a large project in a remote area of the state. ATK will
submit the report by February 28, 2011.
