Dear Mr. Gosen:
Representatives from the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste conducted a compliance evaluation inspection (CEI) at the ATK Launch Systems Promontory facility on September 15 and 16,
2010. The purpose of the CEI was to evaluate ATK’s compliance with State of Utah Hazardous Waste Management Rules (R315 of Utah Administrative Code), and the Part B Hazardous Waste
Storage Permit.
Based on our evaluation, it appears that ATK was in compliance at the time of inspection with applicable rules. This letter serves to close out the inspection. If you have any questions,
