Hazardous Waste Storage Permit Module 11.D.6.C Submission
Dear Mr. Downs:
ATK Launch Systems is required by Permit Module 1I.D.6.C. to submit on an annual
basis an updated list of parameters, analytical methods and sample preparation methods
listed in Attachment 1 - Waste Analysis Plan, Figure 3-4. There have been no changes
since the February 2009 revision, and there is no need to update Figure 3-4. Please
direct any quesfions about this submission to George Gooch at [phone].

direction or supervision in accordcmce with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel
