Enclosed is the submittal ofthe M-136 Liquid Thermal Treatment Area (LTTA) post-closure
permit semiannual report. The post-closure pennit for the M-136 LTTA, Sections V.F.3 and
V.F.4 require semiannual submittal of reports detailing results of sample analyses including
concentration of hazardous constituents and a summary of QA/QC data, measurements of
static water levels, and total well depth estimates.
