SUBJECT: Closure of Corrective Action Management Unit
Enclosed is a report documenting the implementation of the Corrective Action
Management Unit (CAMU) at Thiokol Propulsion's Northern Utah Facility.
CAMU designation was granted by the Utah Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste
on 11 July 1997 for the purpose of implementing corrective action for three solid
waste management units.
Thiokol has implemented the CAMU in accordance with the approved plan and has
completed all closure obligations.
