Manifest Summary.
Pursuant to the requirements of ATK's Part B Hazardous Waste Storage Permit dated September
15, 1992, revised March 22, 2007 module II page 6 paragraph II.L.3 & 4, we have prepared this
manifest summary for your review. This report includes all waste manifested to our facility and
all waste manifested and shipped off plant for disposal during the period between July 1 and
December 31, 2007.

direction or supervision in accordance with a system design to assure that qualified personnel
