In the above reference letter your office requested that ATK review the draft post-closure permit and
provide comments on the draft by January 31, 2007.
To meet this request, ATK meet with Jeff Vandel on January 23, 2007 to discuss and provide
comments to the draft permit. ATK will provide a final version of these comments to your office by
February 21, 2007.
