The Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste has completed its review of the revised draft Environmental Covenant for the M-636 site dated April 27, 2007. The Division’s comments and requested
changes to the previous version of the document have all been addressed. The Division would now like to proceed with executing the covenant. Please provide an official copy of the
document for my signature and that of the Executive Director of the Department of Environmental Quality.

As outlined in item number sixteen of the covenant, ATK will need to provide the Division a file and date-stamped copy of the recorded Environmental Covenant. Thank you for your cooperation.
