Enclosed is the original Environmental Covenant for the M-636 site that has been signed by the Executive Director of the Utah Department of Environmental Quality and the Executive Secretary
of the Utah Solid and Hazardous Waste Control Board. Please note that Rick Sprott has replaced Dianne Neilson as the Executive Director of the Department of Environmental Quality.
As outlined in item number sixteen of the covenant, ATK shall provide the Division a file and date-stamped copy of the covenant after it has been recorded with Box Elder County.
