ATK Launch Systems-Promontory submitted to the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste (DSHW) a Class 2 permit modification (07.00158) for its storage permit January 11, 2007. The modification
proposed adding EPA codes to their storage permit and allowing storage of reactive waste received from off-site at the M-136 Burn Grounds for up to 14 days. As part of the Class 2 modification
process, Thiokol held a 60-day public comment period and an information meeting. Final approval of this modification request became effective April 3, 2007. For further information
