RE: Follow-up report for Emergency Permit #UT-043-2006
Dear Mr. Downs,
In compliance with Emergency Permit No. UT-043-2006, ATK Thiokol-Promontory has prepared this report
outlining activities conducted under this permit in the third quarter of 2006. All de-mining activities authorized
by this pennit were performed on the KOSMO test range area by Michael Veater. De-mining activities
successfully treated the flares as verified through visual inspection, and the remaining residue/debris was
properly disposed in the Promontory landfill.
