6. What is the emergency? ATK-Promontory discovered a test oven at the T-75 Area during excavation activities. After researching the type of oven, ATK-Promontory determined from a
1964 report that it had been used to test HP-2. ATK-promontory has determined that it is unsafe to open the oven and examine the interior, so they are assuming that it contains HP-2
the most dangerous material that they tested in the oven.

7. Location of Treatment or Storage: The treatment will take place at the T-75 area where they discovered the buried test oven.

9. Who is the Qualified person that will be 1) in charge of the Treatment or Storage and
2) Will insure that the operation is safe? Gene Curtis, an Environmental Engineer with the ATK-Promontory

"A written request must be submitted within one (1) working day as required by R315-3-6.2"
