Dear Mr. Downs,
In compliance with Emergency Permit No. UT-020-2006, ATK Thiokol-Promontory has
prepared this report outlining activities conducted under this permit in the second quarter
of 2006. All de-mining activities authorized by this pennit were perfonned on the
KOSMO test area mud flat by Michael Veater. De-rnining activities successfully treated
the flares as verified through visual inspection, and the remaining residue/debris was
properly disposed in the Promontory landfill.
