Dear Mr. Hancock:

The Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste has reviewed the Pilot Test Work Plan that was revised by EarthFax Engineering, Inc. and submitted to our office on September 28, 2005. The
review of the original Work Plan, that was submitted on July 1, 2005, raised a number of questions and comments, which were presented in our correspondence, dated August 26, 2005.
While approval for beginning the project was given at that time, the Division requested that Thiokol provide written responses to the questions and comments.

The Division has completed a review of the revised Work Plan and has determined that the questions and comments have been adequately addressed. Final approval of the Work Plan is hereby
