Enclosed is the submittal ofthe M-136 Liquid Thermal Treatment Area (LTTA) post-closure
permit annual report. The post-closure permit for the M-136 LTTA, Sections V.F.3 and V.F.4
require semiannual of reports detailing results of sample analyses including concentration of
hazardous constituents and a summary of QA/QC data, measurements of static water levels, and
total well depth estimates. Of significant note this year, is a substantial rise of perchlorate
reported in Pipe Spring, from approximately 340 ^g/1 to about 440 ^ig/1, and rise in static water
levels that has replaced most of the loss from the last six years of drought. .
