On behalf of ATK Thiokol Inc., I am pleased to submit two copies ofthe enclosed "Treatability
Study Work Plan to Evaluate Ex-Situ Remediation of Perchlorate-Contaminated Soil." Under
this plan, ATK proposes to evaluate treatment of previously excavated soil at their Promontory
facility.
