PUBLIC INFORMATION

ATK Thiokol Propulsion-Promontory submitted to the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste (DSHW) a Class 2 permit modification for its Post-Closure Permit November 25, 2003. The modification
proposed including additional groundwater monitoring wells in the monitoring system. As part of the Class 2 modification process, Thiokol held a 60-day public comment period and an
information meeting. No public comments were received during the comment period. Final approval of this modification request became effective April 1, 2004. For further information
