Enclosed is the submittal of the M-136 Liquid Thermal Treatment Area (LTTA) post-closure
permit semiannual report. The post-closure permit for the M-136 LTTA, Sections V.F.3 and
V.F.4 require semiannual of reports detailing results of sample analyses including
concentration of hazardous constituents and a summary of QA/QC data, measurements of static
water levels, and total well depth estimates. Of significant note this year, is a substantial rise
of perchlorate reported in Pipe Spring, from approximately 175 ug/l to about 300 ug/l.
