The invesdgative phase of closure revealed no significant contamination of the T-15, T-93, and T-94 facilities (above residential risk levels). The building and concrete pads were cleaned, and the washwaters disposed of in the M-422 treatment facility. A visual site inspection revealed no soils requiring removal and disposal. No post-closure activities are necessary because the sites have been closed without significant contaminated wastes or soils at the sites. Enclosed with this report is certification by an independent engineer that closure activities have been completed in accordance with the Utah State approved closure plan.
