Enclosed is the submittal of the M-136 Liquid Thermal Treatment Area (LTTA) post-
closure permit semiarmual report. The post-closure permit for the M-136 LTTA, Sections
V.F.3 and V.F.4 require semiannual submittal of reports detailing results of sample
analyses including concentration ofhazardous constiments and a summary of QA/QC data,
measurements of static water levels, and total well depth estimates.
