This renewal is needed to allow a more thorough study and gain additional processing data which will help us make a reasonable decision on the feasibility of such a process on a larger scale, I have reviewed our closure cost estimate and have determined that a small adjustment should be made to allow for inflation. This adjustment factor is 1.018 times the current estimate. This revision is calculated below. Current Closure Cost Estimate Adjustment Factor New Closure Cost Estimate $19,900 X 1.018 $20,258 An updated RCRA Financial Responsibility Submittal was sent to Mr. Dennis Downs, attention Brad Maulding, on October 4, 1995 (1010-FY96-062) form Kenneth G, Ford.
