Re: 1995 RCRA Inspection Response
Dear Mr. Thompson:
On March 15, 1996, the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste received a response from Thiokol
regarding the annual Compliance Evaluation Inspection conducted during October, 1995. A review
ofthis response found that Thiokol successfully addressed the four items of concem that were raised
during the inspection.
The revised Part A Permit that was received with this response is dated MARCH 12, 1996, and will
supersede the Part A dated December 7, 1993.
